Ticketing for 2009:

Adult Passes include general admission, and a 10-tab Wine Sampler wrist band for wine sampling. (see below for more info)

General Admission Passes include festival access only. For minors (16+) and adults who do not wish to sample wine or are a designated driver.

1-Day Passes are NOT date specific and may be used on any one of the three festival days.

*** - The Vintner Club Passes WILL SELLOUT online and MAY subsequently be available at the gate for purchase on Sunday and/or Monday depending on usage of the online-purchased passes during the previous festival days. AWF in no way guarantees the availability of Vintner Club Passes at the gate.

 

Wine Sampler Wristbands:

Here's how it works: During the festival, bring your printed Adult Pass ticket to the gate, and you will receive a wine glass and Wine Sampler wristband with ten removable tabs. Each tab equals one wine taste of any wine from any of our participating wineries -- a $10 value in addition to festival admission! Tabs can also be used for full glasses (5 tabs). Once your tabs are used, your wristband is still valid for general festival admission during the day of your visit for music, seminars and activities. Additional tastings, wine by the glass, and wine by the bottle are available for purchase.

Additional tastes are $1, and wines by the glass are $5. Cash only accepted for tastes. Cash or credit cards accepted for wine by the glass or bottle. Several ATMs will be available on-site.

3-Day Adult passes include one 10-tab wristband on each of the three days, but only include a wine glass on the first visit. The wine glass will need to be brought back on any subsequent visits, or replacement glasses may be purchased at the gate.

 

(NEW!) Vintner Club and Wine Bar: - SOLD OUT!

This exclusive Vintner Club and Wine Bar is designed to be your AWF haven out of the sun, away from the crowds and with comfortable seating. Included within the Vintner Club is our very own AWF Wine Bar, where each winery will offer one of their best wines for purchase by the glass. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity for only $5.00 (after tax) per ticket.

Vintner Club Passes are added to purchased Adult Pass tickets and are NOT printable separately. A matching (1 or 3 day) Adult Pass is required for each Vintner Club Pass purchased. Unless sold out, separate Vintner Club Passes may be purchased at the Festival.

The Vintner Club and Wine Bar has limited seating and is only for Vintner Club ticketed customers (and up to one non-drinking guest per Vintner Club ticketed customer - depending on available space). Access to, and use of, the Vintner Club and Wine Bar is based on availability and the schedule designated on the Schedule Page.

 

Ticket Delivery Method and Admission Rules

• Tickets are provided in a printable format upon successful checkout.
• You must be able to print the tickets from your web browser prior to the event.
• Each ticket must be presented at the gate for admission.
• Tickets may only be used once for each day they are valid.
• Wristbands must be retained for subsequent festival entry on the same day.
• Valid ID required at festival entry for anyone with an adult pass or wristband.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tickets are non-refundable and the AWF cannot be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
• Other than documented guide/aid dogs, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
• All schedules and lineups are subject to change and any changes will be posted on the AWF website.
