The Event Rules (updated 5/17/08)
The event rules are as follows:
Valid ID required at festival entry for anyone with an Adult Pass or wristband.
Tickets may only be used once for each day they are valid.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Wristbands must be retained for subsequent festival entry on the same day.
Other than water in clear plastic containers, no beverages are allowed.
Other than food for infants and toddlers (under 5), or special dietary needs, no food is allowed.
Other than documented guide/aid dogs, no pets/non-humans are allowed.
Other than the AWF souvenir wine glasses, no glass containers are allowed.
No littering allowed. Don't mess with Texas!
Other than by the wineries, the opening of bottled wine is prohibited on festival grounds.
Consumption of alcohol by anyone without a valid adult wristand is strictly prohibited.
Wine service ends 30 minutes prior to closing on each day of the event.
Tickets may not be modified or altered in any way.
Tickets are non-refundable and the AWF cannot be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Each ticket represents a fully revocable license and any violation of the law, applicable regulations, these rules, general misconduct or indecency may result in revocation of that license without refund.
The Texas Hill Country Wineries, event management, the event sponsors, and their employees, volunteers and/or representatives assume no responsibility for accident or loss.
